ZStrike is in beta. These terms are deliberately short and written for engineers — they'll grow up as the product does.
EFFECTIVE JULY 4, 2026 · APPLIES TO THE ZSTRIKE CLOUD BETA
ZStrike provides a managed authorization control plane and sidecar engines that evaluate Cedar policies inside your infrastructure. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your organization.
Beta means beta. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build with design partners. We'll flag breaking changes in the changelog and by email before they land.
Keep your credentials and API keys safe, use the service lawfully, and don't probe, overload, or disrupt infrastructure that isn't yours.
Your policies decide who can access your systems — test them. ZStrike enforces what you write; it can't know what you meant.
Your policies, schemas, and entity data are yours. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display them to you — nothing more. We don't train models on your data.
The ZStrike software, brand, and documentation are ours. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
During the beta the service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime commitment — formal SLAs arrive with general availability. Sidecars are designed to keep deciding from local state even when the control plane is unreachable.
Support runs through email and the design-partner channel; we aim to respond within one business day.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party's total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — or US$100 if you're on the free beta.
Either side can end this at any time. Close your account and we delete your data on the schedule in the privacy policy; you get a 30-day window to export first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms — with notice, unless the situation is actively harmful.
We'll email account owners at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Questions: hello@zstrikehq.com. These terms are governed by Delaware law.
